Working in partnership with SEEDA’s Continuing Employment support Service (CESS), Keaga provided a truly holistic outplacement solution to a manufacturing company in Milton Keynes where the site was closing down with a loss of 90 jobs. Keaga successfully created a bespoke solution – from skills analysis through to targeting potential employers on behalf of those individuals being made redundant. This seamless end to end process has increased the self-confidence and motivation of those being made redundant and more importantly, has helped each individual to recognise the valuable skills, knowledge and experience they are able to offer future employers.
