Carolyn Wayman, Director

Director and co-founder of keaga.com, I have 20 years experience in the Construction and Oil & Gas industry sectors. I commenced my career in cable manufacturing and have expertise in sales, marketing, procurement and business development. 

In 1987, I relocated to the Thames Valley Area and moved from manufacturing to distribution. My role as Purchasing Manager EMEA, provided me with further knowledge and experience, with particular focus on purchasing/inventory control, product management and business development. Recruitment was a key element of my responsibilities and one which was instrumental in the success of my team and company. 

During my career, I enjoyed the recruitment process and decided to start my own business and was lucky enough to find a like minded business partner to build a head hunting executive search solution and established Keaga in January 2009.

Debbie Donnelly, Director

I am a Director and co-founder of keaga.com. I have 18 years experience in health care and the pharmaceutical sector, focusing on company public relations, recruitment and establishing business relationships with UK/international organizations. During this time I enjoyed the process of recruitment and decided to establish Keaga which provides a cost effective, bespoke head hunting recruitment solution. 

My business partner and I have had great success sourcing high calibre individuals internationally and nationally and our aspirations for the future are to deliver, to companies, a gold standard solution at costs that make sense!
